Customers book open slots themselves and staff add walk-ins from the dashboard. Both land in the same calendar, and anything that would double-book a court is refused.
Availability comes straight from the court's schedule minus what is already booked, so what a customer sees online is genuinely free. Staff create walk-in bookings from the dashboard in the same few clicks. Every booking is checked for conflicts before it is saved, and courts that play as halves get their A or B side assigned automatically. Bookings start and end on 15-minute boundaries, and each one keeps its own type, price and times.
